It resembles bright daylight more closely than 3000K.
Because of its crisp appearance, 6000K is often used where visibility and a bright working environment are more important than creating a relaxing atmosphere.

4000K vs 6000K

Does Higher Kelvin Mean Brighter LED Light?

However, cooler white light can sometimes appear brighter to people, particularly in certain environments.

What About CRI?
Color temperature should also not be confused with Color Rendering Index (CRI).
CCT tells you whether the light looks warm or cool, while CRI indicates how accurately colors appear under the light compared with a reference source.

Both have approximately the same color appearance, but the CRI 90 LED generally reproduces object colors more accurately.

The right option depends on the environment rather than one color temperature being universally better.
Choose 3000K when you want warmth, relaxation and hospitality.
