FAQs
About the product
What wavelengths are used in therapy lighting?
Therapy lighting utilizes specific wavelengths of light to achieve various physiological and therapeutic effects. The most commonly used wavelengths include:
Red Light (620–750 nm)
Promotes cellular regeneration and tissue repair
Enhances blood circulation and collagen production
Often used in skin therapy, wound healing, and anti-aging applications
Near-Infrared (NIR) Light (750–1400 nm)
Penetrates deeper into tissues to support muscle recovery, joint pain relief, and inflammation reduction
Commonly used in sports recovery and physiotherapy devices
Blue Light (405–470 nm)
Primarily used for antibacterial effects
Effective in treating acne, skin infections, and surface sterilization
Optional Combined Spectra
Some therapy devices use a combination of red, NIR, and blue wavelengths to deliver multi-functional benefits
Allows tailored treatments for skin, muscle, and overall wellness
How do your LED chips perform in extreme weather conditions?
Our LED chips are engineered with top-grade materials, such as ceramic or EMC packages, pure gold wire bonds, and high-performance thermal substrates, offering outstanding resistance to heat, moisture, and UV degradation. With advanced precision packaging, these LEDs maintain consistent lumen output and extended lifetime, even in harsh outdoor or high-stress environments.
What is the maximum lumen output of your LEDs?
Our SMD LED chips deliver up to 260 lm/W (5050 package, 6V @ 150mA). In addition, we offer high-lumen solutions across multiple packages, including 3535, 3030, and 2835, providing outstanding brightness, superior energy efficiency, and reliable performance for professional lighting applications.
Can I use your LED modules in greenhouses and vertical farms?
Absolutely. Our LED chip and module are designed for LED grow lights in greenhouses, vertical farms, and hydroponic systems, offering high PPE efficiency and long lifetime.
Do you offer different spectra for different growth stages of plants?
Yes. We provide custom horticulture LED chips and modules with different ratios of red, blue, UV, far-red, and full-spectrum light to support seeding, vegetative growth, and flowering stages.
