What Is an SMD LED?

  • 2835 = 2.8 × 3.5 mm

  • 3030 = 3.0 × 3.0 mm

  • 3535 = 3.5 × 3.5 mm

  • 5050 = 5.0 × 5.0 mm

Although the package size is important, it does not necessarily indicate brightness. Factors such as chip design, semiconductor materials, thermal management, and driving current also determine LED performance.
